Pavla Beranová is a visual artist and lighting designer. She studied at the Masaryk University in Brno and the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. She worked with the Lumieres studio Odile Soudant in Paris and the ACT lighting design in Brussels. She also co-founded a new study programme at the Academy of Performing Arts focused on light and audiovisual arts.

Basia Budniak is a polish visual artist based in Krakow, Poland. She creates photographs, video and installation art, she practices process art based on participation. Post-photographic explorations are close to her, often she works at the intersection of art and science.

Barbora Kundračíková is an assistant professor at the Department of Art History at Palacký University in Olomouc. She also works as a curator at the Olomouc Museum of Art – Central European Forum, collaborates with the private platform The House and works as a freelance curator. Her areas of interest include 20th and 21st century European art, technical representations, art history methodology and analytical approaches to aesthetics.
Anna Olszewska is a researcher and curator. She has a background in art history and cultural studies and is currently involved in STS research on machine vision, automation and machine aesthetics. Anna led the Re:Senster project of cybernetic art restoration and curated a number of exhibitions on the history of ideas and visual culture. She works as an adjunct professor at the Krakow AGH University of Science and Technology’s Faculty of Humanities.

Jiří Suchánek is a sound and media artist, musician and multimedia experimenter. He studied at the Faculty of Arts of the Brno University of Technology, where he now runs the sound studio. His artistic approach is synthetic. In his works he combines sound, light, sculptural objects, electronics + code with carefully chosen spaces. Through his work he explores the relationship between nature, technology and the durability of electronic media in wild climatic situations. He is a founder of the Svitava Lab collective.
